opera location spacious room airport transfer
The hotel's location across from the opera building was excellent. The room was more spacious than many others i have stayed in across europe. A discount offered, along with a complimentary airport transfer, made this hotel an excellent choice. I would stay again.
The wifi in the room was not sufficient for video calls. A co-working area downstairs had better wifi. hotel staff often used it for internal meetings. I would have liked a more private workspace.

Really good Stay!
fantastic location spacious room friendly staff
The hotel had a fantastic location near all major attractions. The room I stayed in was more spacious than expected. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel offered a GREAT city design. Breakfast included fresh and delicious items.
The hotel room lacked enough space to leave luggage. The closet was also small. This gave limited room for clothes. The bathroom lacked space to leave towels when wet. I found the magnifying mirror impractical since it was not on the wall.

Not quite the experience I expected
odd design inefficient elevators
The room design was odd. The shower and sink were IN the room, not in a separate bathroom. It felt cramped. The elevators operated strangely, needing individual calls, VERY inefficient. The hotel tried to pass off the design as "modern" but it felt impractical.

A Mixed Experience
strange room layout inefficient elevators
I encountered some issues . The room's layout was rather strange. The sink was directly in the bedroom, and I found this odd. the elevators operated in an inefficient manner. Each elevator is controlled and called separately.
